Post Natal Classes
As a new mum you are welcomed into the Deva Co. Mummas circle to grow your connection to your baby while building strength mentally and physically. You will experience a guided group practice in a safe and supportive environment where your precious bub is part of the class.
Mums and Bubs Yoga
The class begins with an opening circle to share your experiences and connect to other Mumma’s. We flow through a vinyasa practice with a focus on the breath to align body and mind. Baby yoga and massage can be incorporated when bubs are restless; Massage and meditation are included for stress release and deep connection, so you’ll both be sure to leave the class feeling a little calmer. A great place to connect with other mums going through the same as you!
Includes childminding/baby whisperer! 75 minute class
Classes suitable for all levels from easy beginner upwards.
Tuesday & Thursday 10:45am then stay back after class for a cuppa and chat at 12pm. Bookings recommended
Mumma Flow Yoga
A beautiful flowing hour of yoga also known as Vinyasa. A class suitable for beginners & intermediate that focuses on breathing in tune to your movement for stress relief & calming. This class will also give you what you need for stretching & strength building. The class ends with relaxation and meditation for emptying your busy mind. What a blissful way to spend an hour of your day…
Childminding included. Children looked after in the Happy space by Harmony our amazing child whisperer! Bring along your childs favourite toy.

Deva Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is about restoring balance to the body and mind using the ancient philosophies of Taoism and Buddhism to open our bodies, turn inward and let go… It is so essential to find stillness in today’s busy fast paced world and Yin helps us there.
In yin yoga the pace is slow, poses are held for longer for maximum release and benefit. The class is all on the mat utilising bolsters & blocks,
…diving deep within to surrender and float away.
Deva Gold Yoga
Seniors & Injury Rehab
These community classes are focused on a gentle movement flow in tune with the breath. In general older people & those recovering from injury have less mobility in their joints and muscles, so this class is a great place to start increasing mobility, flexibility, suppleness and strength, in a safe and supported environment. We use the mat, barre and props. Classes are suitable for all levels from easy beginner upwards.

Tune In/Relax -Prepare your mind and body for beginning your yoga practice
Pranayama -Breathing practices to focus on specific needs eg: relaxing; awareness and concentration;cooling & calming; or heating & energising practices
Warm Up -stretch and warm up joints and muscles, focusing on the breath
Asana Sequence -Focuses on a combination of poses in various positions including standing, balancing, bends, twists, seated, lying or inverted poses. Tailored to the specific needs of each class.
Relaxation & Meditation -A guided practice to help the body and mind achieve deep relaxation with calming and soothing music. Meditation helps to set an intention, to develop memory, clears negative thoughts and energy and ends the practice.
