🙏🏽 YIN YOGA Flow: A gentle supportive practice lead by Dee to soothe the body and calm the mind using the ancient philosophies of Taoism and Buddhism to open our bodies, turn inward and let go. The pace is slow where poses are held longer for maximum release and benefit. Releases fascia, improves joint mobility, increases circulation, improves flexibility and the flow of chi.
🕉 Sound Healing & Song: Completely let go with this ancient modality. Immerse yourself in the sacred healing sounds of the Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Medicine Drum, Gong & Zarn’s Healing voice. Healing Sounds trigger deep relaxation, calming the often over stimulated nervous system to find that inner peace and a greater sense connection that does exist from within. Sound Healing vibrations penetrate deeply into the body on a cellular level. Effecting the subtle energy body such as the 7 chakras, that influence a range of conditions, effecting organs and glands to suppressed emotional trauma. Creating balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit via sympathetic resonance and frequency entrainment.
