As a mum to be you will experience a yoga class practice in a safe & nurturing environment that is tailored to your ever changing needs. Every week you can feel different, so we check in and discuss what is going on for you. I intuitively guide you to use movement and breath that suits you on that day, so you leave each class feeling heard, empowered and ahh-mazing!

Postnatal Yoga Classes

As a new parent, you are welcomed into the Deva Co. circle to grow your connection to your baby while building strength mentally and physically. You will experience a guided group class in a safe and supportive environment where your precious bub is part of the class.

Mums and Bubs Yoga

Pre/postnatal Gold Coast Yoga The class begins with an opening circle to share your experiences and connect to other Mumma’s. We flow through a vinyasa practice with a focus on the breath to align body and mind. Baby yoga and massage can be incorporated when bubs are restless; Massage and meditation are included for stress release and deep connection, so you’ll both be sure to leave the class feeling a little calmer. A great place to connect with other mums going through the same as you!
75 minute class
Classes suitable for all levels from easy beginner yoga upwards.

Mumma Flow Yoga

Beginners Yoga for pre/postnatal Flow is our signature style! A beautiful flowing hour of yoga also known as Vinyasa. A class suitable for beginners yoga level through to intermediate that focuses on breathing in tune to your movement for stress relief & calming. This class will also give you what you need for stretching & strength building. The class ends with relaxation and meditation for emptying your busy mind. What a blissful way to spend an hour of your day… All welcome including Prenatal if you don’t mind babies in the room!
Childminding included. Please Bring along your childs favourite toy.

Deva Slow Flow / Yin Yoga

Pre/postnatal Yoga Gold Coast yogaIn our Slow Flow Yin Yoga we dive deep to restore balance to the body and mind. By using the ancient philosophies of Taoism and Buddhism to open our bodies, we can turn inward and let go… It is so essential to find stillness in today’s busy fast paced world and Yin helps us there.
In yin yoga the pace is slow, poses are held for longer for maximum release and benefit. The class is all on the mat utilising bolsters & blocks,
…diving deep within to surrender and float away.
Tuesday 1pm & Friday 9:30am suitable for beginner yoga level, pre/postnatal and seniors yoga.

Deva Gold Yoga

Seniors Yoga & Injury RehabSeniors and injury rehab . These community classes are focused on a gentle movement flow in tune with the breath. In general older people & those recovering from injury have less mobility in their joints and muscles, so this class is a great place to start increasing mobility, flexibility, suppleness and strength, in a safe and supported environment. We use the mat, barre and props. Classes are suitable for all levels from easy beginner yoga upwards including pre/postnatal.

If you book into a class + do not cancel within the 2 hour cancelation period you will be charged $10 for a late cancel fee for the class.


All our Class Passes are non refundable, non extendable, non sharable and non transferable to other people. Some exceptions can be made with sharing a pass with your child.

They are subject to limits of time.
5 Pass 3mth expiry, 10 pass 6mth expiry

However you never loose your expired classes, we will happily add them onto your next pass purchase.

All classes include our signature intuitive adjustments and end with 
guided mediation and massage

Tune In/Relax -Prepare your mind and body for beginning your practice
Pranayama -Breathing practices are incorporated to focus on addressing specific needs. For example- relaxing; elevating awareness & concentration; cooling & calming; or heating & energising practices
Warm Up -stretch and warm up your joints and muscles to prepare the body for more movement while focusing on the breath
Asana Sequence – we focus on a combination of poses in various positions including standing, balancing, bends, twists, seated, lying or inverted poses. The poses and sequences are tailored to the specific needs of each class and each person in the class.
Relaxation & Meditation -A guided practice to help the body and mind achieve deep relaxation with calming and soothing music. Meditation helps to set an intention, to develop memory, clears negative thoughts & energy; and ends the practice.
