Hi, I'm Dee.

For well over a decade I have supported families through their childbearing year. As a Certified Childbirth Educator and Doula, I have trained in various modalities to share the best information with parents in their childbearing year. This includes Birthing From Within. This amazing model of childbirth/parent preparation deepened my understanding of the complexities and “underworld” of birth, motherhood and parenting. This has been the most incredible path, and one I absolutely love to share with parents. My passion for yoga lies in the specialties of Prenatal, Postnatal/Mums & Bubs, Seniors and kids yoga.

I love to share my life experiences in the hope I can inspire and add value to peoples lives! As everyone is different, I take the time to really listen and personalise a plan. This is so people can easily understand what to do in the right way for them. I always keep learning and growing, and believe showing up with all of my vulnerabilities to serve others is where I am truly of value.

I have been so blessed to meet some amazing people over the last 30 years, and have learned so much. From waxing eyebrows to belly dancing to supporting parents in birth and yoga… To combine all of that under one brand at Deva Co. is pretty exceptional.
