Prenatal Yoga for Active Birth
As a mum to be you will experience a yoga class practice in a safe & nurturing environment that is tailored to your ever changing needs.
Every week you can feel different, so we check in and discuss what is going on for you. I intuitively guide you to use movement and breath that suits you on that day, so you leave each class feeling heard, empowered and ahh-mazing!
Connect with yourself and baby and reap the benefits. Prepare yourselves for a positive birth experience with specific labour and
birth practices and movements to feel empowered and strong.
Learn about creating balance and energy from pregnancy to motherhood. Connect with other like minded mums to be.

Prenatal Pilates Barre
A class tailored to your changing body. Barre is the perfect blend of the strengthening of Pilates, the toning of Ballet and the stretch & relax of Yoga. Your experienced Prenatal instructor will guide and adjust for your individual needs.

We will focus on strengthening the back, thighs and butt which naturally tones the core just the right amount for pregnancy, and ends with deep lengthening stretches, meditation and massage.
​
We use a variety of equipment including ballet barre, light hand weights, Pilates balls, bands and rollers. Also suitable for non pregnant people wishing to gently strengthen and rehab from injury.

Postnatal/General Yoga Classes
As a new parent, you are welcomed into the Deva Co. circle to grow your connection to your baby while building strength mentally and physically.
You will experience a guided group class in a safe and supportive environment where your precious bub is part of the class.

Mums and Bubs Yoga
The class begins with an opening circle to share your experiences and connect to other Mumma’s. We flow through a vinyasa practice with a focus on the breath to align body and mind.
Baby yoga and massage is incorporated when bubs are restless; Massage and meditation are included for stress release and deep connection, so you’ll both be sure to leave the class feeling a little calmer. A great place to connect with other mums going through the same as you!

Flow is our signature style!
A class suitable for beginners yoga level through to intermediate that focuses on breathing in tune to your movement for stress relief & calming. This class will also give you what you need for stretching & strength building.
The class ends with relaxation and meditation for emptying your busy mind. What a blissful way to spend an hour of your day.
All welcome including Prenatal.

Deva Barre
Barre is an upbeat mix of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.
You will get a great session toning and strengthening the whole
body and in particular core, pelvic floor and butt. We use a variety
of equipment including ballet barre, light hand weights,
Pilates balls, bands Ending with a meditation & relaxation.

Deva Slow Flow /
Yin Yoga
In our Slow Flow Yin Yoga we dive deep to restore balance to the body and mind. By using the ancient philosophies of Taoism and Buddhism to open our bodies, we can turn inward and let go. It is so essential to find stillness in today’s busy fast paced world and Yin helps us there.
In yin yoga the pace is slow, poses are held for longer for maximum release and benefit. The class is all on the mat utilising bolsters & blocks, diving deep within to surrender and float away.

Seniors and Injury Rehab Yoga Classes
These $11 community classes are focused on a gentle movement in tune with the breath. In general older people and those recovering from injury have less mobility in their joints and muscles, so this class is a great place to start increasing mobility, flexibility, suppleness and strength, in a safe and supported environment.
We use the mat, barre and props. Suitable for all abilities from easy beginner yoga upwards including pre/postnatal.

Please be mindful and book your class ahead of schedule. If you need to cancel please do this as soon as possible to allow others an opportunity to join. Our classes book up quickly, so please take the time to book in through our App or booking system.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
​
If you book into a class and do not cancel within the 2 hour cancelation period you will be charged $10 for a late cancel fee for the class.
All our Class Passes are non refundable, non extendable, non sharable and non transferable to other people. Some exceptions can be made with sharing a pass with your child.
